Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Third Workshop on Soliton Theory, Nonlinear Dynamics and Machine Learning, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the Workshop, which will take place in Tsarevo, Bulgaria, from August 18 (arrival) to August 23 (closing) 2025. The workshop program is expected to include reports on the recent progress in the fields of nonlinear waves and machine learning, covering the following topics:
- integrable systems;
- soliton theory;
- astrophysics;
- machine learning theory;
- application of machine learning in natural sciences and technology.
This first announcement provides preliminary information about the workshop. We are in the process of final negotiations regarding the accommodation and some technical details. We will soon send you the complete information in the second announcement, which may contain minor corrections to the text below.
Workshop Fee:

The workshop registration fee for on-site and online participants is 100 euros and covers:
- access to the workshop talks;
- publication in the Proceedings as a special volume in the Journal of Physics, Conference Series, which is an indexed Journal;
- conference materials;
- conference dinner;
- coffee breaks.
Accommodation:
---------------
We suggest two options for accommodation:
- the recreation base of the Trakia University (42.1625551,27.8565925 ; https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y4PDARim9QqzLB9C9). We have reserved 15 double rooms which cost 50 euros for 5 nights;
- South Beach Apart hotel (https://southbeachhotel.bg/) which cost 270 euros per double room for 5 nights with breakfast included.
Depending on your accommodation choice, participants can transfer the gross sum for the fee + accommodation, i.e., 150 euros or 370 euros.
Publishing

For the workshop proceedings, we approached the Journal of Physics, Conference Series to publish the workshop contributions in an indexed issue. The publication fee is included in the conference fee. All submitted papers will be refereed thoroughly, and the accepted ones will be published.
Abstracts

We collect abstracts for your oral presentations, which will be included in a book of abstracts. Please send information to vgerdjikov@gmail.com and/or stoyan.mishev@iaps.institute until 5th of August 2025 containing the following fields:
