Our workshop is just 45 days away. This announcement is a follow-up to the first one (https://indico.iaps.institute/event/43/page/10-first-announcement) with additional and corrected information. We kindly ask you to read the text below and complete the questionnaire https://indico.iaps.institute/event/43/surveys/7 related to your participation in the workshop.
The scientific sessions of the workshop will take place in the meeting hall of the South Beach Hotel in Tsarevo (GPS: 42.156289, 27.8644793; https://maps.app.goo.gl/54y8oSCCn5S22ovJ9) and online.
Workshop Fee:

The workshop registration fee for on-site and online participants is 100 euros and covers:
- access to the workshop talks;
- publication in the Proceedings as a special volume in the Journal of Physics, Conference Series, which is an indexed Journal;
- conference materials;
- conference dinner;
- coffee breaks.
Accommodation
-------------
We suggest two options for accommodation:
- South Beach Apart hotel (https://southbeachhotel.bg/), which costs 300 euros per person for 5 nights with breakfast, lunch and dinner included (all inclusive). The hotel offers discounts for accompanying young children.;
- the recreation base of the Trakia University (GPS: 42.1625551, 27.8565925 ; https://maps.app.goo.gl/Y4PDARim9QqzLB9C9). We have reserved 15 double rooms, which cost 50 euros per person for 5 nights.
Depending on the accommodation choice, participants can transfer the gross sum for the fee + accommodation, i.e., 150 euros or 400 euros.

Publication
-----------------
We approached the Journal of Physics, Conference Series, to publish the workshop contributions in an indexed issue. The publication fee is included in the conference fee. All submitted papers will be refereed thoroughly, and the accepted ones will be published.

We collect abstracts for your oral presentations, which will be included in a book of abstracts. Please send information to vgerdjikov@gmail.com and/or stoyan.mishev@iaps.institute until 5th of August 2025 containing the following fields:
